Role Overview Summary of Job : We are looking for a 1099 CRNA to pick up extra work at Great Lakes Bay Surgery and Endoscopy Center. Great case mix and state of the art technology. Cases include : GI, ortho, Eyes, Podiatry Compensation : $150 an hour with 8 hour guarantee About The Facility Facility Description : Great Lakes Bay Surgery & Endoscopy Center is Midland's only freestanding outpatient surgery and endoscopy center in Midland. We are located at 4228 Bay City Road in Midland, Michigan. The same highly skilled physicians that perform surgeries at area hospitals and medical centers perform surgeries at the Great Lakes Bay Surgery & Endoscopy Center.
