With innovative technology and expanded surgical teams, we've successfully performed 7,837 procedures in 2023, marking a remarkable 12% growth from the previous year.\n\nYour Role : \n\nAs a vital member of our surgical team, you will provide direct and indirect patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your compassionate care will address the physical, psychosocial, and religious needs of your patients and their families while effectively communicating with the healthcare team about patient conditions and treatment responses.\n
• Complete focused patient assessments and ongoing reassessments based on conditions and treatments.\n
• Utilize appropriate pain management techniques and assess / reassess patient pain.\n
• Communicate effectively with patients of diverse ages and specific needs.\n
• Administer medications correctly, adhering to the 6 rights of medication administration.\n
• Assist physicians during procedures and perform technical and manual skills.\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n
• Must be willing to take on-call shifts.\n
• Current RN license in the state of KY or compact state.\n
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.\n
• BLS certification required within 7 days of hire.\n
