Overview

You will work closely with the Managing Director, Deputy Heads to ensure the smooth running of the studios.

Assist in the overall management and operations, including administration and front desk duties.

Attend to general inquiries, assist parents in enquiries regarding enrolment.

Oversee all student enrollment matters.

Providing any other administrative supports.

Updating of programmes, activities and events.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment onboarding and human resource system.
• Oversee general administration of expenses and claims and support data recording.
• Support employee engagement and welfare.
• Assist in video, photography, creating contents.
• Manage the Director daily schedule including meetings, conferences, and events. Able to attend events on behalf when needed.

Qualifications

Flexible, choice of work days. (Part time)

Minimum 6 months commitment, including weekend.
