Sign-On Bonus : $10,000

• Seeking Nurse Practitioners licensed in New Jersey AND must have an active RN Compact / Multi-State license.

Candidates MUST be able to start on one of the following training dates : 11 / 3, 11 / 17, 12 / 8

Location : New Jersey, NJ

Work Shift : 8 AM - 5 PM EST after training; 9 AM - 6 PM EST during training; rotating on-call

Virtual : This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development. Alternate locations may be considered.

The CareBridge Nurse Practitioner (Bilingual) – 100% Virtual is responsible for collaborating with company physicians, the patient's other physicians and providers, and their family members to develop complex plans of care in accordance with the patient's health status and overall goals and values. Provides clinical and non-clinical support to patients.
