Key Responsibilities
Assist in communicating technical challenges and resolving business-related issues
Collect and define requirements, translating them into functional design documents
Lead project teams and meetings to ensure effective communication and adherence to business requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent business experience required
5+ years of experience in the design and development of complex business systems in the Commercial Property & Casualty insurance industry
Good working knowledge of core business analysis practices and techniques
Experience with full SDLC methodology in an agile environment
Ability to document and analyze business and system processes effectively
