Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve escalated inquiries and complaints related to loans, credit exceptions, applications, and transactions
Determine appropriate actions by conducting investigations and processing complex transactions
Provide information to management and ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines
Required Qualifications
6+ months of customer contact experience in a financial services environment or equivalent
Experience in financial services operations, underwriting, or quality assurance
Ability to exercise judgment and develop understanding of investigative processes
Experience handling escalated inquiries and complaints
Knowledge of compliance with internal and external regulations
