Job Description
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded general contractor, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team in Houston. This is a great opportunity for a construction leader who thrives in the field and has a strong background managing large, ground-up commercial projects.
About the Role :
As Superintendent, you’ll be the key leader on site, responsible for day-to-day operations, managing field staff and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and with the highest quality standards. Projects will typically be $10M+ in value.
What Our Client is Looking For :
- Experience : 5+ years as a Superintendent on large commercial projects ($10M+).
- Background : Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred – or equivalent field experience.
- Track Record : Strong tenure with prior employers and a proven record of delivering successful projects.
- Skills : Excellent leadership, communication, scheduling, and safety management.
