Lead Training Producer

A company is looking for a Lead Instructor Led Training Producer.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee scheduling, logistics, and resource planning for various training programs

Act as the escalation point during instructor connectivity issues to maintain instructional flow

Administer virtual learning environments and ensure accessibility of instructional materials

Required Qualifications

US Citizen

4+ years of experience in complex modern learning projects, with at least 1 year as a lead of a learning producer team

Professional experience in providing production support in virtual and classroom settings

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, MS Teams for Education, and enterprise learning management systems
