Cable Installation Technician

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Telecommunications Cat6 Cable Technician to support our full-time staff with current project workloads in commercial or industrial environments. Responsibilities include assisting with pulling, routing, labeling, and terminating Cat6 cables; supporting technicians with testing and documentation; maintaining a clean work area; following safety protocols; performing basic troubleshooting; and transporting tools and materials. Candidates should have a basic understanding of Cat6 cable installation, be comfortable using hand tools and working in physically demanding settings, and possess a strong work ethic and reliable transportation. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Skills in Cat6, cable installation, punch down, low voltage cabling, and wire termination are desired, along with previous experience in telecommunications and OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain. The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 / hr.
