Human intuition. Machine intelligence. Relentless exploration.

Exceptional trading emerges where human intuition meets frictionless experimentation. Our platform and processes enable traders to rapidly investigate ideas, identify emergent patterns, and convert insights into live strategies. This synthesis creates a flywheel of discovery—the key to our pursuit of excellence.

The Role :

As a member of our People team, you will be a key contributor to developing our most important asset : our talent. Doing this successfully requires a blend of data-driven strategy and a deep understanding of human motivation. This is a high-impact opportunity to partner with seasoned executives to help build an exceptional recruiting function from the inside out. While proactively sourcing exceptional, passive talent is a critical part of this role, your mission is broader : to help us build the teams that will define our future.

This is an individual contributor role with a clear growth trajectory. We are looking for an emerging talent (2-5 years of experience) who wants to develop into a powerhouse leader over time. This is the perfect seat for someone who wants to build a holistic career with exposure to all sides of leading a modern People function, from talent acquisition to people operations.

Responsibilities :

  • Hunt for Talent : Develop and execute strategies to proactively find, engage, and attract top-tier talent. You’ll blend data-driven research with creative, targeted outreach to build relationships with candidates that others can’t find.
  • Partner on the Recruiting Lifecycle : Contribute to all aspects of the recruiting process, from initial screening to delivering feedback and closing candidates.
  • Act as a Strategic Partner : Work alongside hiring managers to help them scope roles, refine interview processes, and improve our collective ability to identify and attract exceptional talent. This includes designing incredible onboarding experiences.
  • Uphold an Exceptional Candidate Experience : Ensure that every person who interacts with us has a respectful, high-touch, and positive experience, regardless of the outcome.
  • Contribute to Building the People Function : Engage in foundational People Operations work, starting with initiatives like immigration, to help build the systems that will support our team as we scale.

You Bring :

  • Experience : You have 2-5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on technical roles in a competitive market (e.g., software engineering, quantitative research). Experience in tech or finance is a significant requirement.
  • Core Competencies :
  • Sourcing Excellence : You have demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging high-caliber, passive candidates from shallow talent pools.

  • Technical Fluency : You can quickly understand complex technical domains and build credibility with engineers, researchers, and other technical leaders.
  • Exceptional Communication : You can craft a compelling narrative and articulate a role's value proposition with precision and authenticity.
  • Ideal Profile :
  • You have a deep sense of ownership and a builder's mindset; you aren’t looking for a perfect system, you’re excited to help build one.

  • You are intellectually curious, adaptable, and possess a relentless drive for excellence.
  • You view recruiting as a strategic partnership, not a support function.
  • We Offer :

At our firm, our people come first. We are committed to building a culture of collaboration, where we support each other through challenges and celebrate our collective successes. We believe that the strength of a modern workplace lies in its diverse workforce—diverse in ideas, cultures, and experiences. We actively foster this environment and take pride in being an equal opportunity employer. In compliance with New York City’s Pay Transparency Law, the anticipated base salary for this role ranges from $125,000 - $175,000 annually, plus performance bonus, and based on experience and qualifications. Please note, this range excludes other components of total compensation, such as bonuses.

We offer competitive compensation packages, company equity, 401k matching, gender-neutral parental leave, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. While we value flexibility, we believe that in-person collaboration is key to solving complex challenges, which is why we require employees to be in the office 4 days a week. In-office perks include lunch stipends, fully stocked kitchens, happy hours, and a great location with amazing colleagues.

Our top priority is our people. We invest in a culture that promotes togetherness, helping each other through challenges and celebrating each other's successes. We believe that modern workplaces succeed by having diverse high-performance workforces — in ideas, in cultures, and in experiences. We put in the effort to make such a workplace a daily reality and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
