Fleet Mechanics – Now Hiring

Rapid Response EMS is seeking experienced Fleet Mechanics to join our growing team in South Florida. We’re looking for dependable, motivated professionals with strong mechanical skills to help keep our fleet operating safely and efficiently.

Requirements :

Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on mechanic experience (fleet, automotive, or diesel)

ASE certifications preferred (not required)

Must provide your own tools

Ability to perform basic maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs

Flexibility for occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays

Ability to read and communicate in English

Must pass pre-employment drug screening

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills :

Brake repair and diagnostics

Reading and interpreting manufacturer manuals / drawings

Proficiency with hand, power, and shop tools

Experience with computer diagnostic equipment
