• Dates : ASAP-Ongoing
• Schedule : M-F, 12 hr shifts, 7am-7pm, no weekends and no holidays
• Must be able to commit to 6-8 shifts / month
• 100% pediatric anesthesia, inpatient / outpatient
• Procedures : ENT, GI, Urology, General Surg, Ortho, Opth, Dental, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology
• EMR : Cerner
• Certifications : MI license, BC
• Credentialing : 60 days
