Take the next step in your career with Inframark! We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Wastewater Operator in Fort Smith, AR to safely operate and maintain treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with permit limits and supporting production processes that impact the communities we serve.

The starting pay is $25.00-$27.00 per hour depending on experience and if a Wastewater Operator License is held. Candidates with enough industry experience may be able to negotiate a higher starting rate.

Schedule : This is a full-time role with flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and participation in a 24-hour emergency call-out rotation. The current schedule is 2nd shift; Monday-Friday (3 : 00 PM-11 : 00 PM).
