Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations , ensuring all workflows meet company performance and safety standards. Supervise, train, and lead delivery and warehouse personnel to achieve productivity and quality goals. Plan and optimize driver delivery routes weekly to maximize on-time deliveries and fuel efficiency. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate team performance; provide feedback and implement corrective actions to drive improvement. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company policies , safety protocols, and food handling regulations. Collaborate with internal departments including Production, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership to resolve issues and improve communication flow. Maintain detailed logistics records , track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare operational reports. Required Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management. Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment . Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in route planning software, inventory management systems , and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively . Flexible to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the meal prep, food production, or distribution industry . Knowledge of logistics management tools (e.g., ShipStation, Fleetmatics, or similar). Familiarity with Lean operations or Six Sigma principles . Demonstrated success in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
