Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic partner to align solutions with business goals
Collaborate with clients to define success metrics and deliver measurable business outcomes
Advocate for client needs internally and guide clients through their lifecycle from onboarding to renewals
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Success
Solid understanding of implementation principles and client lifecycle
Strong client relationship management abilities and sound business acumen
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Military experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree
