Position Summary

The IMA Group is seeking a detail-oriented Account Specialist to perform high-level quality reviews of client billing and reports. This role ensures all deliverables meet account guidelines, maintain accuracy, and reflect consistency across all client files.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of billing and reports to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with account requirements.
• Ensure all billing aligns with completed activities and falls within account guidelines.
• Capture all nurse productivity and confirm proper documentation of communications and uploads.
• Verify that all report content is current, accurate, and formatted consistently across files.
• Confirm that medical and status updates are documented in the correct sections according to account specifications.
• Proactively identify and correct discrepancies to uphold IMA's high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
