Location : Southern West Virginia, Greenbrier County Setting : Outpatient & Inpatient Reason : Vacationing Physician Start Date : May 16, 2022 End Date : May 21, 2022 Schedule : Monday - Saturday 7am - 5pm No Call; No Rounding Credentialing Timeframe : 2 days Emergency privileges are available Supervise 25 procedures per day Requirements : Board Eligible, Active WV license, ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS; Fellowship Preferred Skills : General Anesthesia for Adults & Peds, and OB Support Staff : CRNA; Provider will supervise the CRNA EMR : HMS Travel & lodging provided Malpractice Insurance provided
