What Youll Do :
As a Staffing Consultant, youll be the go-to partner for our clients and candidates managing the full staffing cycle while ensuring compliance, quality, and service excellence.
Heres what success looks like :
- Recruit, screen, test, and place temporary and contract employees for clientassignments.
- Post jobs, process applicants, document communications, and conduct new hireorientations.
- Ensure all onboarding, compliance, and documentation meet Meador standards, clientrequirements, and applicable employment laws.
- Make hiring and termination decisions for assigned employees.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using multiple recruiting and interviewingresources.
- Stay current on legislation, rules, and regulations impacting staffing and employment.
- Provide performance feedback and counsel to employees and clients on wages,benefits, and workplace matters.
- Represent Meador Staffing at job fairs, community events, and other recruiting functions.
- Meet with clients in person to present staffing solutions and strengthen partnerships.
- Manage client staffing needs through proactive, consistent communication.
- Handle all termination and unemployment documentation accurately and in a timelymanner.
What You Bring :
12+ years of proven success in a high-volume recruiting / staffing environment (Preferred)Strong interviewing, reference-checking, and candidate evaluation skills (Preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication, with a confident phone presenceSolid customer service skills with both clients and candidatesSkilled in reporting, prioritization, crisis management, and sound decision-makingProficient in Microsoft Office, databases, and email systemsDiscreet, professional, and able to exercise independent judgment
