About the Role :
Process Pro Consulting seeks a strategic, client-facing HubSpot Consultant who excels at blending business strategy with technical execution. If you enjoy solving complex problems, building innovative HubSpot solutions, and guiding B2B clients toward operational success—you'll thrive here.
Your role involves more than just implementing HubSpot. You will translate overarching business goals into tailored, scalable CRM and marketing automation solutions , working directly with clients to design, implement, and optimize their systems across the customer journey.
What You'll Do :
Lead end-to-end HubSpot projects, including onboarding, migrations, integrations, and custom setupsTranslate business processes into strategic solutions across Marketing, Sales, and Service HubsBuild and optimize workflows, lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, pipelines, custom properties, and user rolesGuide clients through strategic planning, technical solutions, and RevOps best practicesMaintain CRM and data hygiene standards to ensure accurate reportingProvide documentation and training to empower client teamsCreate advanced reports and dashboards for insights and accountabilityIdentify growth opportunities within client accountsManage client relationships and project timelines proactively with a solution-oriented approachQualifications
Ideal Candidates Will Have :
4+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (Professional or Enterprise tiers), including onboarding, integrations, migrations, and implementationsA background in Revenue Operations, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops , especially in high-growth B2B SaaS environmentsExperience as a strategic consultant or agency partner , supporting clients directlyStrong technical skills in CRM design, marketing automation, data migration, and reportingA strategic mindset to connect business goals with technical solutionsAbility to manage cross-functional projects and facilitate change confidentlyExcellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for clientsBonus Points For :
HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, Service, or Ops Hub)Experience at a HubSpot Solutions Partner or digital agencyFamiliarity with tools like Lucidchart, Asana, Zapier, Loom, Avoma, and Google WorkspaceAbility to build scalable systems that support growthAdditional Information

Salary Range : $80,000 - $95,000 (dependent on experience & skillset)
