This restaurant concept is seeking a Restaurant Manager for its busy new location in Detroit, Michigan. If you are a passionate hospitality manager and you are ready to take your career to the next level with an awesome group, apply today!

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities :

  • Manage and run a busy restaurant floor daily
  • Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the team
  • Uphold the highest standards in guest service daily
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the restaurant daily

Restaurant Manager Requirements :

  • Must have 3-4+ years as a full-service Restaurant Manager
  • Experience managing a restaurant with a sales volume of at least 6M or higher
  • Polished and professional with strong leadership skills
  • Highly detail-orientated, action orientated and solution-focused; you are someone who cares about standards and adds value wherever you go
  • Ability to create a positive environment and build quality relationships with team members
  • Desire to grow your hospitality career with a dynamic company
