Community Partnership Coordinator . In this role, you'll support outreach, onboarding, and ongoing engagement to help partners succeed within a growing social care network in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
- Introduce organizations to the network and support onboarding
- Serve as the main contact for assigned partners
- Coordinate trainings, meetings, and information sessions
- Track partner progress and maintain accurate records
- Provide communication and support to resolve partner issues
- Build strong, positive relationships with community stakeholders
