A company is looking for a Director of Psychometrics and Research.
Key Responsibilities
Direct activities related to psychometrics, data systems, and applied quantitative research
Oversee a team conducting psychometric reviews and managing assessment databases
Identify research problems, develop methodologies, and communicate findings through various venues
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading research or psychometrics in an educational or research organization
Expertise in quantitative research and psychometrics with project management experience
Advanced knowledge of educational research processes and measurement best practices
Proven leadership experience in managing complex projects and teams
PhD in Educational Measurement, Psychometrics, Quantitative Psychology, or related field is required
