Nesco Resource is looking for Production Fabric Team Associate in Watertown, CT for 2nd and 3rd Shift. Opportunity for overtime on both shifts.

2nd Shift : Monday-Friday from 3 : 30 PM to 12 : 00 AM. Pay is $16.00 / hour

3rd Shift : Sunday- Friday from 11 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM. Pay is $16.50 / hour

This is a contract position with a chance of being permanent for the right candidate.

Requirements / Responsibilities :

• Use of basic hand tools required (tape measure and scissors) and additional tools as needed and trained.
• Knowledge of basic math skills (addition, multiplication, division, subtraction)
• Physical ability to repetitively complete folding, bending, kneeling, etc.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Ability to multi-task and learn multiple job functions.
• Strong communications skills
• Physical and mental ability to work long hours as needed to meet customer requirements.
• Ability to meet and exceed quality standards.
• Ability to identify any failure in quality of products.
• Use other tools as needed including : logo machine, hand welder, sewing machine & hand dryer.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to complete manual labor.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to read a tape measure and read engineering drawings.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Must be available to work overtime based on customer needs.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be reliable and responsible, strict attendance policy will be enforced.
