We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Mechanical Inspector for our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of industry standards such as IATF, ASQ, and AS9100. Responsibilities :

  • Conduct detailed inspections of mechanical systems, components, and materials to ensure compliance with established specifications and standards.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments and specialized inspection equipment to measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address and resolve quality issues.
  • Prepare, maintain, and present inspection reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards such as IATF, ASQ, and AS9100.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.

Job Details

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a mechanical inspection role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with international standards such as IATF, ASQ, and AS9100.
  • Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
