Mid-level Database Analyst to support a high-priority initiative focused on customer billing systems and data integrity across the organization. The company has made several acquisitions over the last 5-10 years. This role will play a key part in consolidating various third-party and internal billing systems into a centralized platform. They are likely implementing Domo to centralize into one database and will have an implementation team from Domo.

Responsibilities :

• Support the consolidation and transition of multiple billing systems (including NetSuite, homegrown tools, and other 3rd party platforms) into a centralized tool.
• Work with Catalyst (EBM Software) used for reporting and customer data consolidation. Don't need familiarity with this software specifically
• Help assess and improve data structure and integrity across multiple business units and entities.
• Assist in preparing data for a Domo implementation (cleaning, structuring, validating).
• Provide hands-on support for data consolidation tasks, identifying inconsistencies, and offering solutions.
• Apply critical thinking to optimize processes and enhance the quality and usability of data.
• Document processes and maintain transparency with project stakeholders.
