Vascular Surgeon needed in Boise, ID for CALL ONLY Rate is $2,400 for 24 hour call Coverage needed 7 / 7-7 / 10 8 / 11-8 / 14 9 / 1-9 / 5 11 / 23-11 / 27 12 / 22-12 / 26 Locums will NOT be responsible for supervising other providers Ongoing coverage needed will be sporadic weekends and holiday coverage EMR : EPIC Level II Trauma- HIGH ACUITY and INTENSITY Board Certified - Required Active ID license at the time of submission -Highly Preferred, will potentially consider IMLC candidates DEA and CSR - Required BLS - Required Local candidates - highly preferred Must submit proof of COVID vaccine in order to work at this facility - Required at time of submission Rental car or flight provided If you are interested in this position please call or text Molly Tanner with Howard Sloan at or email me at
