Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM

Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• 3 months of experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.

Requirements :

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details :

Cannot have any previous hits on licensure. Cannot have any of the following background hits : Domestic disputes or domestic violence (at any time), theft (within 5 years), DUIs (within 5 years), drug charges including marijuana (at any time), felony (at any time).

Shift & Scheduling : Weekend Hours : 1-2 weekends call requirements during 6-week schedule

Call Requirements : Call during the week 6 : 30pm - 7am next day. Weekend call 7a Saturday to 7a Monday

Holiday Blackout Dates : 11 / 27-11 / 28; 12 / 21-1 / 3

Floating Requirements : Between the two labs. RN and Tech

All travelers will need rotate to cover the UofL Cath lab.

Unit Details : Number of Beds : 6 Rooms for Cath Lab

Equipment Used on Unit : Ge X-ray systems

Technology Used on Unit : McKesson & Cerner Experience

Preferred Skills / Experience : Structure heart experience, Scrubbing or Monitoring experience

Special Requests : No block scheduling

10 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 2 years (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

Driver's license required for submission
