Overview

Behavior Analysis Practicum (Master's Level)

Base pay range

$24.00 / hr - $30.00 / hr

What you will be doing

  • Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700 / 2000 hours)
  • All Restricted hours completed
  • Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program
  • Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
  • Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
  • Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Collaborating with BCBA's and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to ABC's core values

What you will need

  • Evidence of enrollment in a relevant master\'s program and completion of required fieldwork hours

    • Benefits

  • Pay : $24-30 / hour based on experience and supervision hour completion
  • Potential wage increases every 6 months
  • A guaranteed path to becoming a BCBA with a competitive BCBA salary upon passing
  • Bonuses based on accrued hours, up to $1,500 per year
  • Guaranteed hours : 32-40 hours per week for full-time teammates (subject to patient cancellations)
  • No-cost supervision hours; no deductions or claw backs for supervision time
  • A $5,000 BCBA Pass Bonus for passing the exam on the first attempt
  • Generous time off : 10 holidays, 10 paid days plus 2 flex days
