Graphic Designer – Catalog & Print (Contract to Hire)

JSG is seeking a highly skilled, detail‑driven Graphic Designer to join our client’s in‑house creative team. This role will lead the design and production of the flagship wholesale catalog and support a range of marketing initiatives across print and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and production of the wholesale catalog, ensuring accurate and visually consistent product presentation.
  • Manage large‑scale data inputs and updates efficiently using Excel or other process‑optimization tools.
  • Own layout design, product imagery, and production to deliver polished, print‑ready files under tight deadlines.
  • Design a variety of marketing materials, including sell sheets, event collateral, digital assets, and presentations.
  • Edit and retouch product photography to align with brand standards.
  • Execute organic design projects when custom creative assets are required.
  • Partner with project stakeholders to align on goals and execute projects effectively.
  • Proactively identify and implement workflow improvements to optimize creative processes.
  • Ensure design systems, templates, and brand assets remain current and well‑organized.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in wholesale, catalog production, print design, web design, or related environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design projects.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects, work independently, and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), with strong photo editing and layout design expertise.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills for catalog‑related data handling (e.g., automation, bulk input, data merges).
  • Strong organizational and file management habits; exceptional attention to detail.
  • Professional, resourceful, proactive attitude and self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

    • Pay : $36‑$39 per hour
