Medical Assistant Patient Services

A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative Medical Assistant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and register patient appointments, providing information for various requests

Process communication channel requests efficiently and accurately

Train and onboard new team members on departmental processes and available services

Required Qualifications

Must reside in Texas, Arizona, or Nevada

High School diploma or equivalent

Two years of experience in a patient-focused healthcare environment or high-volume contact center

Medical Assistant Diploma or equivalent military training

Experience with computer systems, including office and web-based applications
