Global Procurement and Sourcing Manager
Full-Time -Supply Chain & Procurement / Purchasing

As our Global Sourcing Engineer / Manager, you’ll be a key player in shaping how we grow — leading sourcing for new product development, finding the right partners, solving complex puzzles, and designing systems that scale as we do.
What You’ll Do
- Build it from the ground up : Design and implement supplier networks, logistics strategies, and sourcing systems that set the foundation for long-term success.
- Strategize globally : Develop and execute procurement strategies for raw materials, components, equipment, and manufacturing services across regions.
- Find the best of the best : Identify, evaluate, and qualify North American suppliers based on quality, capacity, cost, and sustainability.
- Collaborate across teams : Partner with Global Category Managers, engineers, and production leads to align supplier capabilities with our technical goals.
- Negotiate like a pro : Secure long-term agreements that drive value, reduce risk, and keep production flowing smoothly.
- Drive continuous improvement : Manage supplier performance and lead cost-optimization and value-engineering initiatives.
- Think fast, move faster : Pilot new sourcing ideas, pivot quickly when needed, and create scalable systems that grow with the business.
- Stay ahead of the curve : Keep an eye on global market trends, commodity pricing, and supply chain risks — and act before they become problems.
What You’ll Bring
A BA degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or Finance (Master’s is a plus).7+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or commodity management — with 4+ years in manufacturing or engineered products.A solid grasp of manufacturing processes, materials (metals, plastics, electronics, etc.), and production equipment.Experience using ERP / MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, etc.).Exceptional negotiation, contract management, and communication skills.Willingness to travel internationally (20–40%) to build and maintain key supplier relationships.Who You Are

Salary Range : $90K–$100K DOE
