Job Overview

The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for coordinating, overseeing, implementing, and documenting the Quality Control Program.

Salary Range : $96,000- $123,000 / Yearly / Exempt

Benefits : Medical, Dental & Vision, STD, LTD, AD&D, Retirement plan, life insurance, Paid Time Off, and Holiday pay.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Job Functions :

• Responsible for managing the quality control for day-to-day site assessment operations.
• Participates and develops the training of employees on QC policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ensures contract compliance with all tasks being performed and ensures necessary records are maintained and prepared according to established guidelines for accurate reporting.
• Ability to accurately enter data into software applications.
• Ability to work as part of a team with limited supervision.
• Lead and attend QC & operations meetings.
• Collaborate with other QC Specialists to maintain project progress, ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
• Support project documentation and reporting, including creating and maintaining project charters, work breakdown structures, and project status reports.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and communication among project stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of efficiency initiatives.
• Handle escalated project-related issues and conflicts, working towards resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
