As part of a comprehensive musculoskeletal program, you ll work collaboratively with fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons, rehabilitation specialists, and primary care providers to deliver advanced, patient-centered spinal care. Position Highlights : Full-time, hospital-employed position with a growing orthopedic and spine program. Strong referral network from primary care and specialty providers, ensuring a steady patient volume. State-of-the-art surgical suites with advanced spine surgery technology, including minimally invasive techniques. Collaborative environment with experienced orthopedic surgeons, pain management specialists, and rehabilitation teams. Compensation & Benefits : Base Salary Range - $751,448 - $961,832 (commensurate with experience). Competitive compensation package, including base salary sign-on bonus and semiannual bonuses for productivity.
