job_description.job_card.job_descriptionRead & interpret blueprints, detailed shop drawings & specifications to determine the layout of structural pieces. Calculate material measurements & verify the alignment and dimensions of structural parts. Fabricate & Assemble Steel Components to meet project specifications. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless project execution. Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment. Experience in structural steel fabrication / fitting, welding, and / or manufacturing (min. 1 year preferred). Familiarity with welding tools procedures (CNC Plasma cutter knowledge a plus, but not required). Strong attention to detail and precision in fitting & measuring. Team player with the ability to work independently when needed. Capable of lifting heavy materials as required (over 50#) and working in a physically demanding environment. Eagerness to learn and commitment to safety. Must have valid proof of US Work Authorization. Competitive pay based on experience.
