What Youll Do
As a Lead Specialist, you'll spearhead the initial enrollment process for assigned learning centers, ensuring consistent growth and smooth handoffs to Center Directors. Your key responsibilities include :
- Outgoing Lead Communications : Initiate contact with prospective clients to schedule assessments and center visits; send reminders to boost attendance; track leads using Radius tools through scheduling and assessment stages; follow up for up to 60 days to convert opportunities into enrollments.
- Incoming Lead Communications : Respond promptly to inquiries, assist with scheduling and answer program FAQs; return missed calls within the hour (never exceeding 24 hours) to maintain excellent service.
- Collaboration with Center Directors : Share insights from initial communications to prepare for assessments; confirm assessment completions before transferring follow-up responsibilities.
- Timeliness : Reach out to new leads within 24 hours; aim to schedule assessments within 1-2 operating days of contact.
What Were Looking For
- Availability : Commitment to a minimum 5-day workweek (ideally Monday-Thursday and Saturday), with a maximum of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week (unless approved by the Director of Operations); maintain an average of 35+ hours weekly to stay in good standing.
- Self-Governing : Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Phone Savvy : Excellent etiquette with a positive, energetic, and conversational tone; skilled at building rapport without non-verbal cues.
- Reliable : Dependable, punctual, and accountable, with a strong work ethic for consistent, high-quality results.
- Math Proficiency : Comfort with basic math concepts to discuss programs effectively (no advanced teaching required).
- Background Check : Must pass state and national background checks.
- Nice to Have : Experience in customer service, sales calls, or education lead management.
