A company is looking for a Marketing Automation Analyst to support email marketing initiatives and drive performance through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Create and deploy medium to high-complexity email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Monitor and analyze email performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing with broader marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2-4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in an agency environment
Strong knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Experience with HTML / CSS for email formatting and coding
Familiarity with marketing automation best practices and compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM)
