ProLogistix is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for a prestigious client in Whitsett, NC.
Schedule and Pay for Customer Service Representative :
- Monday Friday 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm
- $15.00 / hr
Job Duties for Customer Service Rep include, but not limited to :
Update database systems by inputting information from each call and keeping every customer field currentProvide status feedback to customers, end users and call centerProvide escalation data to support decision making for larger accountsProvide invoices to customer for billable repairsPayment collectionsOvertime will be required during peak seasonWork on special short-term projects to offer customized support for new products or products at end-of-lifeMonitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing scoresAssist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service to irate or problematic customersAs a Customer Service Rep for ProLogistix We Offer You :
