Property Maintenance Technician

Schedule / Hours : M - F 9 : 00 a.m.-3 : 00 p.m. (29 Hours per week)

This position is responsible for :

Performs routine repairs and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and vehicles; performs routine grounds keeping work of the landscape; performs minor plumbing and carpentry repair. Performs some basic duties to maintain the cleanliness of the buildings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Performs routine building maintenance activities; performs minor plumbing repairs required by leaking faucets and clogged toilets.
• Performs preventative maintenance of Salvation Army vehicles.
• Maintains the grounds to include mowing grass, trimming hedges, blowing leaves and collecting debris.
• Sweeps, vacuums, mops floors and empties trash cans regularly.
• Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, cleans sink and toilets, polishes mirrors and replenishes supplies.
• Assists in setting up meeting rooms and keeping kitchen and dining areas clean.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS :

Valid State Driver's License may be required.
