Partner - Advisory

We are seeking a partner-level professional for a Technical Accounting Advisory Practice. This hybrid position is based in Boston and requires a unique skill set. The Partner will have minimal business development responsibilities (approximately 10% of their time) and will oversee client and project management. Compensation includes a generous base salary plus financial incentives based on new revenue growth and client acquisition.

This role offers an opportunity for a highly motivated, financially driven professional to build and lead a technical advisory practice by leveraging the firm’s existing network of over 140 offices nationwide into a national leader. The Partner must be capable of meeting one-on-one with CEOs, CFOs, Audit Oversight Committees, and other executive decision-makers to secure projects, manage client projects, present updates, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)
• CPA – Big 4 experience preferred
• Business development skills
• Project Management experience
• Technical Accounting expertise
• Team development, oversight, and mentoring abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for client-facing roles
• Desire to build a professional services advisory practice

Base salary is $325,000 plus bonus, depending on experience.
