Key Responsibilities
Manage communication processes and updates for service and operations teams
Coordinate and implement training and process improvements across departments
Analyze training efficacy and engage stakeholders during change events
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Formal education or training in project management practices preferred
Experience in a customer or internal client-facing project management role
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
CAPM certification preferred
