Superintendent – Commercial Roofing
Base : 65-75k depending on experience + work vehicle + full benefits + PTO

Specializing in TPO, PVC, and EPDM applications, we provide durable, energy-efficient solutions designed to meet the needs of commercial and industrial clients nationwide.
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our operations team in the Carolinas. This individual will lead in-house and subcontractor crews, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality installation of commercial roofing projects throughout the Southeast.
Key Responsibilities
Crew Leadership & Management
- Manage field crews to ensure jobs are staffed appropriately and production goals are met.
- Recruit, train, and develop crew members, ensuring adherence to all safety and quality standards.
- Conduct ongoing performance assessments and implement skill-building initiatives.
- Support career development programs for Field Managers and crew-level staff.
- Coordinate with manufacturers to leverage product-specific training opportunities.
- Oversee tools, equipment, and materials for each project.
- Review project scopes, budgets, and schedules with Field Managers prior to job start.
- Serve as a key liaison between Field Managers and Project Managers, proactively removing roadblocks.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
Review and approve crew timekeeping, travel budgets, and expense reports.Monitor daily labor progress and production against project budgets, adjusting as needed.Provide feedback on estimated labor hours and job performance during project handoffs.Complete and investigate accident reports as necessary.Ensure all daily progress reports, checklists, and CRM documentation are completed accurately.Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent managing in-house or subcontractor crews.10+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred.OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within two months of hire).Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.Bilingual in English / Spanish strongly preferred.Familiarity with local codes and regulations is a plus.Willingness and ability to travel extensively.Experience with coatings, single-ply, hot, and metal roofing systems a plus.Certa certification a plus.Working Conditions
Primarily outdoor work environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.Requires frequent bending, stooping, and occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.Up to 50–60% travel by car or plane.Regular use of standard office equipment and digital reporting tools.Compensation & Benefits
