Mini-CEO Mindset : Comfortable operating with incomplete data, thriving in unstructured environments, and taking initiative to solve complex problems. Location : San Francisco

Gold & Aron Conseil is an executive search company. We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a tech-focused venture capital firm. We are seeking a driven investment professional with a proven track record in data analytics to join the investment team to build the firm’s software portfolio. This role offers exposure to high‑caliber entrepreneurs, deep market research, and early‑stage deal execution.
Responsibilities
- Research & Data Insights : turn raw data (leveraging internal platforms, external networks, and research) into data-driven investment theses.
- Source & Evaluate Investments : identify early‑stage opportunities.
- Build Relationships : engage and nurture relationships with first-rate builders, portfolio companies and stakeholders.
- Deal Support : prepare investment memos, fundraising documents, investor updates and thought‑leadership content.
