Position Details :
Seeking one Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years post-residency) Gynecology Oncology physician to join a high-volume, well-established practice at a Level I Trauma Center in Fountain, CO. Practice Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm, with call shared 1 : 2 (limited in-person calls; hospitalists manage admissions). Outpatient-focused with 15-22 patients per day. Support includes a dedicated Nurse Navigator, Radiation Oncologist, Pathologists, and midlevel providers. Access to da Vinci XI surgical system, onsite infusion center, clinical trials, and University of Colorado School of Medicine resources. EPIC EMR system in use. Teaching opportunities available but not required. Must be fellowship-trained in Gynecological Oncology prior to start. Open to fellows graduating in 2025.
Responsibilities :
Provide outpatient and inpatient gynecologic oncology care
Manage 15-22 patients daily, balancing new and follow-up visits
Share call responsibility 1 : 2; hospitalists handle most admissions
Collaborate with Nurse Navigator, Radiation Oncology, Pathology, and support staff
Utilize advanced technology including da Vinci XI surgical system
Participate in clinical trials and research opportunities
Option to teach medical students (optional)
Use EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
Compensation and Benefits :
Annual salary range : $495,000 - $550,000 plus potential quality / productivity bonus
