Physical Therapist- PT Home Health, Butler, AL-

Shift : Mon -Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week. On call info : On call required if requested

13 weeks

Possible weekend orthopedic assessments.

Travel Area : Sumter County and Choctaw County

Productivity Units : 30 units

Qualifications : HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required

Butler, AL is only 35 minutes from Meridian, Mississippi and 35 minutes from Thomasville, AL, as well as 45 minutes from Demopolis, AL. These are three established, large towns with plenty of housing opportunities. Also, the branch manager is well established in Butler and has connections with local house rental agencies and real estate agencies.

Skills\nCurrent State License as a Physical Therapist - Required\nProof of current CPR certification - Required\nCurrent driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required\n1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required\nPrevious home care experience - Preferred\n\nEducation\nBachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program - Required
