A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Handle maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts
Manage a variety of customer inquiries and analyze payment history / notes
Communicate statuses to customers during operational hours, Monday-Friday, 7AM-7PM CST
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
Excellent Internet connectivity with specific speed requirements
