Compensation

At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $94,160 - $124,762. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.

Join Our Team as a Senior Network Analyst!

S&C Electric Company is a global provider of equipment and services for the highly competitive electric power industry. We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate professional Network Analyst under the general direction of the manager of Network Infrastructure Services. The Network Analyst is responsible for ensuring the health, performance, and security of S&C Electric Company's global network infrastructure, which supports over 3,000 endpoint devices across 20 offices in 7 countries. This role involves managing connectivity across all S&C locations, including inter-site and datacenter connections, VPNs, and network device updates and changes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco environments and will be expected to stay current with industry standards and best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively collaborating with business partners, leadership, and cross-functional teams. The Senior Network Analyst will work closely with the Infrastructure Team to implement projects, resolve incidents, and identify opportunities for network improvements. A successful candidate will be a proactive, approachable team player with a passion for knowledge sharing, a customer-focused mindset, and a proven ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
