The Mammography Tech I shall be responsible for performing mammography imaging and related procedures as prescribed by physicians under the direction of a radiologist with little supervision. This is a per diem position with both Day and Evening and varied hours of 7 : 30am to 8 : 00pm (Must be flexible) Evening availability (4pm to 8pm Tuesday and Thursday and occasional Saturdays 8am to 1pm) at NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital located at both off-site locations and 1978 Crompond Road, Cortlandt Manor, upper Westchester County, NY. ## Preferred Criteria

• Technologist is competent in Mammography and General X-Ray ## Required Criteria
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (A.R.R.T.) in mammography required.
• Licensure by New York State Department of Health.
• Knowledge of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures usually obtained by being a graduate of Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (AMA) accredited educational program or equivalent.
• Analytical skills in order to evaluate and perform mammography procedures.
