Basic computer literacy for reporting and scheduling. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in residential or commercial construction, particularly concrete or precast installation. High school diploma or equivalent (relevant experience considered in place of education). Proficiency with construction math and tape measure usage. Demonstrated commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.

Info : Company car offered for on shift traveling
Schedule : Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime, weekends, and short-notice travel as needed. Early start.
About the Role
As a Field Service & Warranty Technician , where you'll perform inspections, service, and warranty work on construction installations. You'll serve as the key connection between our company, builders, and homeowners-ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
This is a hands-on, safety-sensitive position that involves working with power tools, construction materials, and outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with builders, homeowners, and engineers to resolve service and warranty issues.
- Schedule and perform on-site inspections, service work, and repairs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to complete field service tasks.
- Conduct post-installation inspections and produce detailed written reports.
- Review plans and drawings to assist with project estimates.
- Perform hands-on work including drilling, cutting, grinding, sealing, and grouting concrete products.
- Diagnose and resolve field issues independently, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
