Key Responsibilities
Deliver product training and create knowledge resources for customer education
Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, building relationships and conducting business reviews
Monitor account health, mitigate risks, and manage the renewal process to ensure customer retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation in a SaaS environment
Experience with workplace solutions or employee experience technology is preferred
