Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a Sr. Building Engineer to join their team. As a Sr. Building Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Operations Department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor repairs for Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems.
• Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning and compliance with standards (company vehicle provided).
• Maintain responsibility for facility services, inventory control, and contractor oversight.
• Record system readings, calibrate equipment, and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
